We use Brightwheel, a childcare management software program and app. After enrollment you will be invited to join Brightwheel and instructed on how to set up automatic payments through direct deposit. Tuition is billed the first of every month, August through April.

Our play-based program is dedicated to providing early childhood care and education in a Christian environment and focusing on developing the whole child.
Our Mission
FUMCR Preschool believes that children will grow into who they are created to be with a strong, developmentally appropriate foundation. The environment and curriculum provide support for each child's spiritual, emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development. All children in the program will develop an awareness of God’s love and acceptance through discovery and learning.

Registration opens Jan 6 for currently enrolled families, Jan 13 for FUMCR families, and Jan 20 for the community.

Registration forms will be processed in the order they are received.
Upon placement in a class, a payment link will be sent to you for the non-refundable $300 Registration & Supply Fee. This fee is per child and must be paid to complete the enrollment process. Do you offer extended hours?
At this time we do not offer extended hours. Our classroom hours are 9am-2pm.

What does my child need to bring to school each day?
Infants - Diapers, wipes, two sets of clothes, a morning snack, and lunch if they are on table food. Bottles need to be premade and ready to warm in a warmer.
Toddlers - Diapers, wipes, two sets of clothes, morning snack, lunch, refillable water bottle, and a nap mat.
Preschoolers (2.5-year-olds) - Diapers, wipes, morning snack, lunch, refillable water bottle, extra set of clothes including shoes and a nap mat.
Preschoolers (3- and 4-year-olds) - Morning snack, lunch, refillable water bottle, extra set of clothes in backpack, and nap mat or blanket to rest on.
Transitional Kindergarteners - Morning snack, lunch, refillable water bottle, and an extra set of clothes in backpack. -
Does my child need to be potty trained?
Children entering 3-year-old and older classes must be able to independently take care of their restroom needs.

How will I communicate with my child’s teacher?
Parents/guardians can communicate with the office and your child’s teacher through the Brightwheel software. Parents/guardians will also receive updates and pictures throughout your child’s day.

Is the school licensed?
Yes, the FUMCR Preschool is licensed by the state of Texas Health and Human Services Department.
