Coffee Days is a peer support group for moms and female caregivers of children and teens experiencing mental health challenges, connecting them with resources, support and encouragement.

Meetings will be on first Fridays. 
2025-2026 dates: Oct 3, Nov 7, Dec 5, Jan 9, Feb 6, Mar 6, Apr 10, May 1

These monthly meetings offer a chance to connect with others who truly understand. Participants share stories, exchange resources, and find encouragement in a judgment-free environment. Many women come feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure, and leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered with new tools and renewed hope for the journey ahead with their child or teen.

There’s no cost to attend - just bring yourself. We’ll have the coffee ready.
