Help fill Austin Street Center's greatest needs as they seek to serve the unhoused during the winter months. The winter weather collection drive will take place in bins around the church throughout September. This drive takes the place of the tote bags we have previously provided in December, as the shelter has expressed a greater need for these items as they approach the winter season.

Requested items (all brand new):

•   •  Warm twin size blankets
•   •  Warm, insulated, and waterproof gloves for men and women
    •  Clothing items: men’s and women’s sizes – especially sizes 3XL and up
    •  Winter coats with hoods 
    •  Solid color hoodies 
    •  Solid color sweats

Volunteers are needed to collect, sort, and inventory items on Sundays after church service throughout September, as well as load and deliver items on Mon, Oct 7.
