Men of Faith

... for God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. - 1 John 3:20

Our Mission

Through study, prayer, service and fellowship we are making disciples by connecting men with God, our church, our community and each other. God works for good in all things, and Men of Faith wants to help all men become Greater Than themselves by joining in God's work.

    Men of Faith Connections

Once a month, during the school year, men of FUMCR and their guests gather to connect with each other, the church, and our faith over dinner and an inspirational program.

All men, high school age and up, are invited. No reservation needed.

Thurs, Nov 16  •  6 pm Dinner, 7 pm Program  •  Coleman Family Hall

Rev. Rich Rindfuss will share the second half of a unique, two-part series on the story of the Prodigal Son. Last month JB looked at the story from the perspectives of the two sons. This month Rich will look at the same story from the perspective of their father. Beneath a tale that we sometimes only see as the story of a wild child and an overly indulgent father lies themes of money, family expectations, freedom, human tragedy, and redemption. Jesus told this story to give his listeners insight into themselves, God, and the nature of the relationship between us and God. Pastor Rich will explore all of these and what they mean for us today as Christian men.

Make plans to join us for what will be a great night of food, fellowship and a deepening of our faith and understanding of God's love for us all. Please invite a friend and share with men from your Sunday school and small groups!
