Weekday Kids at First
With great hope and excitement, Weekday Kids at First will reopen in the fall of 2021 with a commitment to quality care and education for children in our restructured Preschool, Kindergarten, and (newly renamed) Parent’s Day Out.
Weekday Kids at First is a weekday program offered August - May, Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm, for children ages 6 months - kindergarten.
Weekday Kids at First is dedicated to providing early childhood care and education in a Christian environment that focuses on developing the whole child. Weekday Kids at First believes that children will grow into who they are created to be with a strong, developmentally appropriate foundation. The environment and curriculum provide support for each child's spiritual, emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development. All children in the program will develop an awareness of God’s love and acceptance through discovery and learning. Weekday Kids at First supports the overall mission of FUMCR, “With open hearts and minds, we welcome people for Christ, grow people in Christ, and serve people with Christ.”
